Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies' new research, The New Flexible Retirementillustrates that today’s workers are expecting to transition into retirement but face a significant obstacle: few employers have employment practices to support them. The research report is drawn from a survey of 16,000 workers and retirees in 15 countries spanning Europe, North and South America and Asia.
